Standard Shipping

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days when item is in stock.
  • Shipping Time: Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location when item is in stock.
  • Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Premade products: Orders containing items labeled as 'Premade" will be processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days 

Pre-Order products: Orders containing item labeled as "Pre-Order" may take 4-8 weeks to process and ship. Please be patient, as these items are made to order and require additional time for production.

Pre-order items are products that are not yet in stock but are available for purchase in advance.

  • Estimated Availability: The expected availability date for pre-order items will be provided through via email.
  • Processing Time: Once the item is in stock, it will be processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Shipping Time: After processing, standard shipping times apply.
  • Payment: Payment is collected at the time of the pre-order to secure your item.
  • Updates: You will receive email updates regarding the status of your pre-order, including any changes to the expected availability date.
  • Cancellation: Pre-orders can be canceled for a full refund prior to shipment. Once shipped, standard return policies apply.

Lost or Damaged Shipments 

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at noluvclothes@gmail.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery rate. We will work with you to resolve.
